These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "AGB") govern all contractual relationships, deliveries, and services provided by V-VETTIS, a reputable retailer of traditional South Asian clothing based in Zurich, Switzerland (referred to as "we" or "us"), to our esteemed customers (referred to as "customer" or "you").​

All offers provided by us are carefully curated and presented on our website, but they remain non-binding until we confirm an order in writing or upon the delivery of the ordered goods. We take pride in ensuring that our customers receive authentic and high-quality traditional attire.

Our prices are primarily listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) to reflect our local currency, yet we understand the global nature of our customer base. Therefore, we offer the convenience of displaying prices in other currencies through a reliable currency conversion tool on our website. We strive to offer competitive pricing that aligns with the quality and uniqueness of our products. Payment methods accepted include cash (for in-person transactions), credit and debit cards (via WIXPayments), as well as Twint (TFTW), providing flexibility and security for our customers.​

We endeavor to ensure prompt delivery of our products to our customers. Depending on the nature of the order, delivery times may vary. For direct sales, immediate delivery is guaranteed. Online orders within Switzerland typically have a delivery timeframe of 5-7 business days, whereas customized or special requests may require 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery. International shipments may take slightly longer, which can vary from two to three weeks due to logistical considerations.

We understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. As such, we adhere to legal requirements regarding returns and withdrawals. Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal for standard purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that customized or tailor-made products are exempt from this right, in compliance with applicable laws. We are committed to addressing any concerns regarding the quality or condition of our products and strive to provide satisfactory solutions to our customers.

While we take utmost care in ensuring the quality and authenticity of our products, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we offer a warranty whereby we undertake to replace or refund the cost of any products found to be damaged upon receipt.
